Research Focus:

The Honghai Liu Lab investigates the functions of proliferating cardiomyocytes and the underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in the development of congenital heart disease. Our ultimate goal is to develop therapies for heart failure associated with congenital heart disease.
