Senior Technician
I joined the Kuhn lab at University of Pittsburgh of UPMC in 2023 as a senior technician. My current research is focus on using Fiji Software to analyze MIMS and adjacent Hoechst staining images, identify the 15N-thymidine positive and negative cardiomyocyte nuclei and calculate the ploidy of 15N-thymidine positive nuclei.
